Banana

It’s my darliest fruit,
For I have high expectations one can’t refute.

My fruit of life,
That everyone in the family like I can tell,
When a kid is unwell,
     Like doesn’t want to eat.
Bananas serve well,
     They’re nutritious, soft, and sweet,
One momma’s heart is relieved.

When parents’re struggling to be healthier,
Veggies and green foods’re most portions to eat,
Banana is handy to make us fuller,
That it is a handsome treat,
It is a perfect energy and mood booster.

When you live in the tropic,
It’s quite easy to find and buy banana everywhere,
Banana trees grow on the soil almost anywhere.
Thinking I live in one in a country producing banana abundantly,
I’m pleased to make my ode to banana publicly.
